DD Mechanical are pleased to be involved in the Newton Road Flats project in Mumbles; in which the former British Legion, which stood empty for almost a decade was demolished.

The project consist of 9 luxury apartments. Each apartment will feature underfloor heating and full height Porcelanosa tiling. There will also be the benefit of communal grounds, secure gated parking, and lift access. Three bedroom and two bedroom apartments are available as well as duplex and penthouses.

To the ground floor, there are commercial units – which M&S will be trading from.
